Cool. Does it get pulled down every night and set up again every day? I assume so or something terrible would befall them all. Those Northbridge revellers can't be trusted. They'll sit on anything.
I thought exactly the same thing. The plants aren't secured in any way, so there is an instant garden for someone if they can get a ute close enough. CHOGM security could be a problem. But not one that cannot be overcome by wearing a hi-vis jacket, carrying a clipboard and walking confidently like you know what you are doing.
